Women's Slim Fit Lamb Leather Trousers
Lambskin is what makes a slim leather trouser wearable. Cowhide in a close cut is stiff, needs weeks of breaking in and never quite stops resisting you; lambskin is thin, light and flexible from the first wear. These slim fit lamb leather trousers sit close to the leg without the rigidity that puts most people off leather trousers entirely.

What lambskin changes
Three things you notice immediately. The weight — a lambskin trouser weighs a fraction of a cowhide one, which matters if you are wearing them all day. The bend — the leather flexes at the knee from the first hour, so there is no break-in period. And the drape — lambskin sits against the leg rather than standing away from it, which is what a slim cut needs.
Because the material itself does the bending, this pattern does not need the extra knee panels a cowhide slim trouser requires. That gives a cleaner leg line with fewer visible seams.
The honest trade-off
Lambskin marks more easily than cowhide. It is durable for normal daily wear but it is not the hide for hard outdoor use, riding, or anything abrasive. Treat them as you would treat a good pair of tailored trousers and they last years.
For a tougher hide in a similar cut, our cowhide and panelled trousers in the Women Leather Pants range are the alternative.
Construction
A faced waistband with a zip fly and belt loops set through reinforced points. Pocket bags stitched flat so they do not print through the thin hide — a detail that only matters on lightweight leather and gets skipped constantly. Ankles cut narrow with no zip, so they pull on.
Seams are stitched with fine thread matched to the weight of the leather. Heavy stitching on thin lambskin puckers the panel.
Fit and styling
The fit is genuinely slim. Take your normal size — lambskin has a little natural give, so unlike cowhide most people do not need to size up, though up is still safer than down if you are between sizes.
Slim leather balances with volume on top: an oversized knit, a loose shirt, a boxy jacket. Because these are thin and light they also layer under a long coat without bulk. Pair them with a top from our Women Leather Shirts or a jacket from our Women Leather Jackets.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this real lambskin?
Yes, real lambskin leather — the lightest and most flexible hide we use.
Do they need breaking in?
No. Lambskin is soft and flexible from the first wear.
How durable is lambskin?
Durable for normal daily wear, but softer than cowhide and not suited to hard outdoor use or riding.
Will they bag at the knee?
They relax slightly with wear and recover when hung. Hang them by the waistband rather than folding.
What size should I order?
Your normal size. Lambskin has some give, but go up rather than down if you are between sizes. Custom sizing is free.
Do the pockets show through?
No. The pocket bags are stitched flat specifically so they do not print through the thin hide.
How do I care for them?
Dry cloth only. Never soak, machine wash or dry clean. Condition twice a year and hang by the waistband.
