The Ladies Maroon Wool-blend and leather teddy Varsity Jacket uses a teddy texture on the body rather than a flat wool weave. Teddy fabric has a short curled pile that catches light and adds visible texture, which changes the whole feel of a varsity jacket from sporty to soft. In maroon it reads warmer and less collegiate than a bright team colour would.
