This is a full-flow mesh motorbike jacket — the coolest thing you can wear on a bike and still have abrasion panels between you and the road. Large open-weave mesh sections cover the chest, back and sleeves so air passes straight through the jacket rather than around it. On a genuinely hot day the difference against a solid shell is not subtle; you stop arriving soaked through on a twenty-minute ride.

Full-flow mesh
Full-flow means the mesh is the main material rather than a set of panels added to a solid jacket. Air enters through the chest and sleeves and exits through the back, and because there is mesh on both sides there is nothing to stop it. That is the whole design, and it is why this jacket is lighter than anything else in the range.
What you give up is equally clear. It is not waterproof, not warm, and not a jacket for anything but hot weather. If you ride year round, pair it with a solid-shell jacket from our Textile Motorcycle Jackets range and switch between them by season.
Protection
Mesh alone offers little abrasion resistance, so the impact zones are not mesh. Reinforced textile panels sit at the shoulders, elbows and forearms, and armour pockets sit at the shoulders, elbows and back for standard CE inserts. We confirm on your order whether armour is supplied.
The fit is deliberately close. On a mesh jacket that matters twice over: armour has to stay over the joint it protects, and a loose mesh jacket balloons badly at speed, which is both tiring and noisy.
Fit and pockets
Pre-curved sleeves, a longer back hem and a helmet-clearing collar, with adjusters at the waist and cuffs to pull the jacket down. Zipped hand pockets and an interior pocket; pocket capacity is deliberately limited, since weight and bulk work against what this jacket is for.
Sizes and made to order
Each jacket is built after you order, in your chosen size. Standard sizes are XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL, plus Custom. Take your normal size and do not size up — a loose mesh jacket does not work. For Custom, send chest, waist, sleeve and back length after checkout. How cool is a full mesh jacket?
