Men's Thick Cowhide Leather Pants – Genuine Motorcycle Leather Jeans
The Men's Thick Cowhide Leather Pants are cut on a jeans pattern rather than a riding suit pattern, which is why they work off the bike as well as on it. Five pocket layout, straight leg, standard rise. The difference is the material: heavyweight cowhide instead of denim, which is considerably more abrasion resistant and will outlast several pairs of jeans.

Riding trousers are cut with a permanent forward bend at the knee, which looks wrong when you stand up. A jeans pattern stays straight, so these look like normal trousers off the bike while still giving you the protection of thick hide. It is the more practical choice for anyone who rides to a destination and then walks around.
Why Thickness Matters
Leather protection is mostly about hide thickness. Thin fashion leather trousers offer very little in a slide. Heavyweight cowhide is what gives real abrasion resistance, and it is the reason these are heavier and stiffer than a fashion pair. They break in over a few weeks and soften at the knee and seat.
Fit and Sizing
Order your usual waist size. Leather does not stretch like denim, so if you are between sizes go up rather than down. Length can be adjusted with your Custom measurements, which is worth doing since leather trousers cannot easily be hemmed afterwards.
